Well, after nearly a month of use, I think I have finally settled on my preferences for my Magic Mouse.
Using the truly wonderful customization software, MagicPrefs (link) and the regular system preferences panel, I have come up with gestures and clicks that work for me.
In System Preferences:

I frequently use secondary click, scroll, occasionally use two finger swipes to navigate back and forth, though not that frequently, and almost never use the “screen zoom” but keep it activated because it doesn’t affect me at all and is almost impossible to activate on accident.
I also think that those tracking and scrolling preferences at the top of the panel are not accurate, but rather are superseded by the MagicPrefs Pannel.
On the MagicPrefs side of things, my preferences look like this:

All of the “clicks” I use frequently, though the “four finger click” is a little difficult to activate.
I don’t really ever use the only tap option that I have selected, but once again, it is very difficult to activate on accident, and I may use it occasionally.

I have all of the 3 finger swipes activated for Changing spaces, and don’t really find any of them difficult to use. This seems like a more elegant solution for me than the “four finger click” option, as I only use four spaces, and therefore they are only one swipe away.
I haven’t found a use yet for any drag pinch etc, but maybe I will eventually.
Do these settings look like yours, other Magic Mouse users? what are you doing differently?
